Not handmade and not worth the price I paid. It's basically just something I could have picked up at a party store. The green on the heart is not the same color. I'm still going to use it but I wish I would have bought something else.
Darker green than shown, could see the metal through the leaves, had to straighten the heart slightly. Looked ok
