What is Party Touches?

Party Touches Touch is a family run business that offers a wide range of party supplies from brands like Talking Tables, Ginger Ray and many others. We also have our own range of products that have been designed and developed by our team of creative artists. We strive to to give our customers a homely and comfortable feeling with a personal touch in every aspect of their experience with us.

How do I buy something from Party Touches?

You can browse through our product catalogue or search for a particular brand, product, product type or attribute. Choose the one you like and want to buy, add it to your bag and checkout using one of the available payment options on our secure payment page.

Do I need to sign up to place order?

Yes. It’s a simple process and it ensures a faster and better experience with every subsequent visit.

How can I cancel my order/s?

You can cancel your order/s before its status changes to ‘shipped’. Once dispatched we cannot cancel it. However, you can still return the item if you want.

Can I return the order I received?

Yes, you can return your order under certain conditions within 30 days of delivery. Please check our ‘Returns and refund’ page for details..

Can I keep track of my order, shipping and delivery?

Though we’ll keep you updated with your order status frequently, you can also track your order from your order history under ‘My Account’ page.

How can I get my order delivered fast?

We try to deliver your order in the minimum time possible. If the order is placed before 1 pm then we will dispatch it on the same day but in case, you place your order on weekends we will dispatch it on Monday. Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Can I get the product delivered outside of the UK?

No. At this time, we are offering delivery only within the UK. However, we are trying to expand our shipping coverage to other European countries. If you sign up for our newsletter, we’ll keep you updated when we start offering shipping to other countries.
